Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all garments are unworn, with original tags attached and hygiene stickers in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Drop off your package at any authorized collection point or schedule a home pickup using our partner courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
